A late summer Salt Circle Adventure to the North Norfolk coast.

Small Circle.
Dune wandering.
Forest adventures.
Laughter & play.
Away from the noise.
Shared meal.
Quiet Magic.
You are so welcome here.
There is a particular kind of quiet that lives in the pinewoods.
Not silence exactly ~ more like the soft hush of needles underfoot, the air held gently between the trees, the low rhythm of the tide somewhere beyond.
On Sunday 13th September, close to the new moon in Virgo, we will walk into it together.
We begin at Wells-next-the-Sea, following the paths through the pines ~ the ground springy, the light shifting, the smell of Norfolk Pine on the air. Gradually the trees thin and the landscape opens out into Holkham ~ wide dunes, open sky, the sea just beyond.
I will lead the way. There is nothing you need to perform or prove. Just your body, moving at a human pace through a place shaped by wind and weather and a very long time.
We will make our way to a private beach hut in the dunes. Somewhere to sit, to rest, to let the afternoon land.
There will be drinks and snacks, time for some sea dips. And then a simple, vegetarian meal, shared on the beach. We will have a ring of deck chairs to sit together.
As the afternoon softens, we’ll gather for Salt Circle ~ hot chocolate, a guided meditation and a folk tale held lightly alongside the new moon in Virgo.
The day asks very little of you: to come as you are, and to spend a few hours paying attention.
What is a Salt Circle?
A quiet hour of warmth, salt, and story.
Fortnightly gatherings.
Small, intimate group.
This is a space to soften.
To come back into your body without effort.
Your feet rest in warm salt water.
The light is low.
A folk story is read aloud ~ rooted in place, steadying, slow.
You’re not asked to share.
There is nothing to perform.
Nothing to fix.
You can simply arrive, sit, and listen.

“The reflexology, the folklore stories, the evening salt circles - all of it was intentional, thoughtful and infused with her signature warmth. Such magic.”
What to ExpectThe afternoon runs like this
Arrive | We will meet at the Beach Cafe at the Wells Beach Car Park. 1:45pm-2:15pm
Opening breath | We will gather together and then walk the 10min walk to our private beach hut, where we will formally open the afternoon.
Moon Musing | Jess shares the energy and themes of the current moon phase: what it’s illuminating, what it’s asking, what it offers. A chance to reflect on where you are in your own cycle and season.
If you’d like to share your birth date, time and place when you book, Jess will weave a personal thread from your chart into the walk - something to carry through the landscape with you. Entirely optional, the day is full without it.
Guided Walk | Having done some simple foot stretching, we leave together, walking a 5km circular loop through the pinewoods to Holkham Beach, and then back to our beach hut.
Sea Dips | A chance to relax in deck chairs, and perhaps taking a sea dip - tides dependent.
Warm vegetarian meal | A simple meal eaten together in circle on the beach.
Salt Circle | Hot chocolate, guided breath, Folk Tale story.
Closing | A breath together, and a gentle close to mark the end of our time. The evening finishes as intentionally as it begins.
Please bring your own water bottle & ‘pocket snacks’ for the walk.
I’ve spent fifteen years working as a reflexologist, and over that time I’ve come to trust that the body holds so much ~ stress, grief, joy, and a deep longing for rest.
The Salt & Moon Circle grew out of the evening rituals I hold at my coastal retreats ~ salt water, candlelight, and the quiet that forms when women are given genuine permission to slow down.
I wanted to bring that feeling home.
To make it regular. Accessible.
Something to return to each month ~ a quiet anchor in the rhythm of the year.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
Three times a year,
Jess takes a small group away on retreat... with her folk stories and Salt Circles every night before bed...
