Treatment

Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the advice of a GP or other healthcare professional. If you are under medical supervision, pregnant, or managing a health condition, please let me know before we begin ~ this allows me to adapt the session appropriately.

Your responsibility

Please arrive with clean, dry feet and let me know of any changes to your health since your last visit. If you are unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact me to rearrange.

Consent

By booking a session you are giving your consent to receive reflexology treatment. You are free to stop or pause the session at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.
Under 18’s must have a parent/guardian with them for the treatment.

Cancellation

I ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session fee. I understand that life happens ~ if something unexpected arises, please get in touch as soon as you can.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of your session. I accept [bank transfer / cash ~ update as needed].

Confidentiality

Everything you share with me stays with me. I hold your personal information securely and use it only to manage your appointments and care. I do not share your details with third parties. You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time.

In the rare circumstance where I had a safeguarding concern, I may be required to act on that ~ but I would always aim to speak with you first where possible.

My commitment to you

I hold a current professional indemnity and public liability insurance and am a fully qualified member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). My practice follows the AoR Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
