Salt & Moon Circle

Small Circles.
Warm Salt Foot Baths.
Quiet Magic.

You are so welcome here.

A couple of times a month, as the moon rises, I open my home to a small circle of women.

No agenda. No performance. Just warm salt water at your feet, candlelight, and an hour to exhale.

This is a gentle, grounded evening - rooted in the rhythms of the moon and the wisdom of your own body. Whether you arrive frazzled from the day or quietly craving connection, you are welcome exactly as you are.

❋ Intentional Structure

You’ll arrive to a softly lit space, a chair waiting for you, and a warm salt foot bath already prepared. From the moment your feet touch the water, the evening begins.

This is not a workshop. It is not a class. It is a held space - warm, unhurried within its time, and yours for an hour.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Together we’ll share a moon reading, exploring the energy and invitation of the current lunar cycle, before settling into a period of quiet reflection. There’s no pressure to speak, share, or perform. This space holds you whether you want to talk or simply sit in stillness.

❋ Expert Facilitation

I’ve spent fifteen years working as a reflexologist, and what I know more than anything is that the body holds everything - our stress, our grief, our joy, our longing for rest.

The Salt & Moon Circle grew out of the evening rituals I hold at my coastal retreats - the salt baths, the candlelight, the quiet that forms when women are given genuine permission to slow down.

I wanted to bring that magic home. To make it regular. Accessible. Something to return to each month, like a quiet anchor in the rhythm of the year.

❋ A Supportive Space

The evening has a gentle shape to it - with a clear and respectful close - so that you leave feeling held, not hurried, but also not lingering. There is something intentional in that too.

“The reflexology, the folklore stories, the evening salt circles - all of it was intentional, thoughtful and infused with her signature warmth. Such magic.”

What to Expect

The evening runs like this

Arrive & settle | Remove your shoes, find your chair, lower your feet into warm salt water. Let the week begin to fall away.

Opening breath | A simple moment together to mark the threshold. We leave the noise of the day at the door.

Moon Musing | Jess shares the energy and themes of the current moon phase: what it’s illuminating, what it’s asking, what it offers. A chance to reflect on where you are in your own cycle and season.

Quiet reflection | Time to sit with what has landed. A gentle prompt to hold privately - nothing needs to be spoken aloud.

Stillness & salt | Your feet continue to soak as the space softens. You’ll be guided through a simple self-reflexology practice using magnesium butter on your own hands or feet - a quiet, nourishing moment of self-tending. Soft music. Space to simply be.

Closing | A breath together, and a gentle close to mark the end of our time. The evening finishes as intentionally as it begins.
