    Mobile Reflexology in the Workplace

Jess is a fully qualified reflexologist with 12 years experience in a clinical setting. She has full public liability insurance, and can easily bring her Reflexology sessions to the workplace.

With far-reaching health benefits, a reflexology session is easily incorporated into the working day - with only the feet being required for treatment.

A study, carried out in Holland, followed 52 female employees who received regular reflexology treatments in the workplace over 6 months. Over the 182 days, sick leave fell by 65%. The employees also noted a positive effect on their primary issue by 77% and a 27% reduction in medication.

Jess will bring everything required; mobile chair, towels, music etc.

  • barefoot walking wellness at work

    Corporate Wellness days in nature

Jess is now offering informative and experiential wellness workshops in and around Cambridge. With a growing trend in foot health and barefoot walking, Jess is passionate about sharing the benefits with groups of up to 25.

Workshops typically last 1hr, but can be extended to create a halfway wellness workshop, away from the office environment. Perfect for team away days.

Giving everyone the opportunity to leave their normal office environment and interact with each other through team building activities, in a  completely different setting, can have far reaching benefits. Getting outside in nature, being in a neutral environment, encourages your colleagues to think differently, more diversely, and of course, helps them improve their personal and professional skills.
