The Isle of Anglesey holds hidden coastal paths, white-sand beaches, cosy nooks, and is the perfect setting for our Quiet Adventure…
We will stay in a beautiful beach-front house, with magical sea views, a private chef, and just a small group of 6/7 (female only) guests.
Immerse yourselves in nature/salt water/liminal space.
There will be the opportunity for daily walks; multi-terrain wanders (barefoot, even if just for 5mins), exploring sensory paths to ‘wake up’ the foot, and create space in the mind and body.
Ask questions, and lets involve ourselves deeply about the brilliance of embodiment, from the ground up through the feet.
And, of course, you will each receive your own 90 minute experiential Reflexology session with Jess, tucked away, in the comfort of your own room, while on retreat.
Travel to the retreat house - either by car or train (to Valley ‘Y Fali’ in Welsh).
Experience the liminal...
Some places change you, you can’t help it, you immerse yourself in them, you become entwined. A gentle, quiet adventure.
Soft gaze, deep breath, let the waters settle.
Soothe your mind a while.
The Setting
A beautiful beach-front house, reached from a sandy hidden track. The ever changing tides, surrounding the house provide magical sea views and with our direct access to the private beach, you can step from your room onto the sand, allowing yourself to be fully immersed in the gorgeous nature…
The house features:
Private hot tub overlooking the estuary - perfect for watching the slowly emerging winter sunsets.
Enormous windows framing ever-changing skies - super comfy armchairs and sofas with perfect vistas.
Cozy fireside spaces for quiet reflection - and by dusk the setting for our evening circle time.
Individual bedrooms, so you can be as sociable or discreet with your time away as you wish.
Poised on the edge of the sea to a backdrop of sand dunes, this lovingly converted home nestles in a magical setting. Exhilarating in blue-sky sunshine and cozy on a wild and stormy night.
Hosted by Jess Trent, Reflexologist and Barefoot Walking enthusiast, this retreat will be super immersive with a grounding focus on our feet.
With her gentle, and light-hearted approach, Jess offers foundational teachings of foot anatomy, reflex points, grounding, earthing, with open discussions on every walk.

a note from Jess
- a gentle clarification on her approach to a Quiet Adventure…
The intention is to offer some real, tangible open space—free from mental chatter, at a point in the year when it is so beautifully beneficial to hunker
and re-charge.
Depending on the group that forms, we’ll honor what wants to emerge naturally.
Some moments may be filled with the most beautiful, heart-led conversations. Other times, especially in the early morning, the silence might be exactly what calls, to slow the usual frenzy of brainwaves and offer some spaciousness of creative possibility…
This retreat is about peeling away the layers of the mind to lead with heart.
Unlike other wellness retreats, we are not looking to ‘get you anywhere’ - It’s a more nuanced, intuitively guided week to explore our own inner worlds alongside other likeminded, quietly adventurous souls.
…All while being immersed in the awesomely captivating natural wonder of the Anglesey coast.
We are looking to create a lovingly held space; offering the spacious option of daily Quiet time and while this isn’t strictly a silent retreat, we will honour some periods of stillness…
The magic happens in the spaciousness between—where conversation flows naturally, rather than from habit, where silence becomes a choice rather than a rule, and where the group dynamic unfolds organically based on what wants to playfully emerge.
Our intention: to create space free from busy mental chatter, to lead with heart, and to hold each other in a container of loving awareness ,as we explore what it means to be soft, yet playful, in our Quiet Adventure together.
with lightness, and spaciousness,
Jess x

“A very special time and space, united with stunning goddesses of the universe.”
Guest review:
“Jess has created something truly magical in the Quiet Adventure. The house and stunning tidal estuary setting have to be seen to be believed, no photographs can do the 360-degree views justice. It is a wonderful spot to unwind and watch the tides come in and out, while enjoying nurturing reflexology and relaxation sessions. There were beautiful walks everyday and plenty of opportunities to wander solo on the beautiful estuary and stunning beach a stone’s throw from the house. And the food was delicious, always just what was needed, and very much part of the experience.
All in all, a beautiful, nourishing few days in an exceptional setting. .”
